StrandVÖLKERball-WM 2026 Team Registration

This is the right place if you already have a team idea and enough players (at least 2 FLINTA and 6 players overall) and want to register for the StrandVÖLKERball-WM 2026. 

Please note the following information:

1. Days and playing times 

The World Cup will take place from 21. – 23. August 2026. On Friday the games will start at 5 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Matches could stretch until around 9:30 p.m. each day. The preliminary rounds will take place on Friday and Saturday. A draw will decide which teams play on Friday or Saturday. Sunday is the final match day. Only in justified exceptional cases can this be deviated from.  

2. Participation fee

The participation fee is a flat rate of 120 € per team including eight t-shirts with imprint and a crate of water per match day. If you need more than eight shirts, each additional shirt costs 10 €. The bank details are in the registration confirmation to this application. 

3. Signal group with one person per team

The weather in the last years showed us that we need another platform besides the communication via mail, which enables us to get into coordination processes with you quickly. 

In addition, we want to use the group to post the contact details of individual registrations that you can contact if necessary. Therefore, please designate one person in your team to join the Signal group. You will receive the link to it in your confirmation mail

4. Support with tasks that arise

Every year we do our best to provide you with an unforgettable weekend of fun, games and great memories – we need every helping hand to make this happen. Already last year we gave teams overviews before the World Championships, showing a few tasks that should be done on their own responsibility during the World Championships. Furthermore, we ask the teams to name people who will be available as helpers at different times. This will help us to distribute the tasks on site more fairly over many shoulders.

    I accept following registration condition and have taken notice of our privacy policy:
    You confirm that you have a team with at least 6 players, nobody jounger than 16 years, with at least 2 being FLINTA and that you can be present on the given days of qualifying matches starting at 5 p.m., respectively on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., and at the day of the final round on the 23rd of August 2026 from 1:30 p.m., if your team qualifys for it. Exact starting times will be announced later on. You furthermore confirm that you are going to pay the registration fee of 120 Euro per Team as well as 10 Euro for each additional T-Shirt you request. Your team has to prepare a choreography for game start and has to present it at any day you play. You also confirm that you have read the game rules and accept it.
